The HOA board has been receiving numerous complaints from residents concerning boats, untagged cars and trailers being left in the roads in violation of our subdivision covenants. Just a reminder, and/or a FYI for those that may be new to Neuse Harbour, these may not be left on the roadway. Also, according to the covenants, all boats, trailers must be placed in the yard no further forward than the front line of the house. In other words, not in the front yard. Thank you for your adherence to these regulations. We thank you for helping keep our neighborhood looking beautiful!

As a reminder for our neighborhood: There are many curbside drains that may become clogged with leaves and pine needles. Please help keep these drains free of debris to help with road and gutter drainage, as well as, to make the neighborhood look better in general.
Please if you can.... take a few minutes to check the drain grates and curb gutters for debris and pick up the collection of leaves, sticks, pine needles, etc. that accumulate on the grates and gutters in the road near your home... thanks for pitching in and helping in our wonderful neighborhood. We appreciate all you can do to help with this! (posted 11-14-18)
